Job Overview Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking Team Members to ensure each guest receives a warm welcome and excellent service. Team Members maintain high food quality and a clean, safe store environment. Responsibilities Greet guests and confirm order accuracy. Prepare and serve food and beverages. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. Assist in opening and closing procedures. Provide a friendly and positive guest experience. Work varied hours, including early morning shifts (as early as 3 a.m.) and weekends. Qualifications Minimum age 16 years old. Flexible schedule; available for early hours and weekends. Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment. Retail or guest service experience a plus but not required. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base pay plus cash and credit card tips*.
