Sales & Service Representative

As a Sales and Service Representative , you'll be a trusted resource for customers who count on friendly service, everyday banking support, and financial solutions that fit their lives. We're hiring a Sales and Service Representative to join our Consumer North Float Team. This position will float among the North Group's Financial Centers, which include: Bethlehem, East Greenville, Franconia, Hamilton Crossings, Hilltown, Lahaska, Milford, and Souderton.

Mileage reimbursement is included.

Responsibilities

What your days might look like

• Build relationships with customers and help with their day-to-day banking needs
• Handle teller transactions accurately, efficiently, and with care
• Recommend products and services that truly fit each customer's goals
• Support the branch through teamwork, outreach, and excellent service
• Stay current on training, policies, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

A little about you

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service and sales, ideally in banking, retail, or a similar environment
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
• Comfort with everyday technology and Microsoft Office
• A team-first attitude and a genuine desire to help people

Wage Range:

The salary for this position begins at $23.00/hr
