Account Executive

We are looking for an ambitious, people-focused Account Executive to join our growing team in Coral Gables. This is an on-site, customer-facing opportunity for individuals who enjoy building relationships, representing established brands, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

As an Account Executive, you will work directly with customers and represent our clients through face-to-face engagement. You will play an important role in customer acquisition, relationship building, and helping our campaigns achieve their goals.

We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to help you develop your skills in account management, customer acquisition, communication, sales, and business development.

For individuals who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential, this role offers opportunities to take on greater responsibility, including team leadership, campaign management, training, and management.

What You'll Do

• Represent our clients and maintain a professional, positive brand presence
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and introduce relevant products and services
• Support customer acquisition and business development initiatives
• Communicate product and service information clearly and confidently
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions based on those needs
• Track customer interactions, daily activity, and performance metrics
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer acquisition strategies
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Assist with campaign execution and contribute ideas for improving performance
