Travel Physical Therapist – Scottsdale, AZ Start Date: 05/25/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per shift) Employment Type: Travel Job ID: a0Fcx00000J0zLVEAZ Responsibilities Assess referred patients that require rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to determine medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of PT interventions. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, with NPTE certification. Graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year of professional experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT, or actively pursuing licensure.
