Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a managed service provider.
-Fluent in English.
-Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking.
-Well-versed in the Microsoft Online Platform.
-Individuals with the following certifications will be prioritized:
-Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ-104
-Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
-Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700)
-Microsoft Certified M365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
-Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
-Microsoft Certified Security, Compliance, and Identity (SC-900)
-CompTIA Network+

Must-Have Skills:
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
-Effective and professional communication skills.
-Focus on work in a noisy environment with frequent distractions.
-Attention to detail.
-Technical troubleshooting skills.
-Working knowledge of electronics.
-Organized and a team player.
