Job Description
A Manufacturing Company located in the Chicago west suburb is seeking for an IT Application Engineer.-Associate level
\nThe primary focus of the position will be ERP, applications engineering, software engineering, and troubleshooting for 5 facilities in North America.
\n \nThis is a Full-time, direct hire position with the Company's standard benefit package.
\nSalary: $75,000~$90,000
\nGroup Insurance enrollment:1st day of the month following 30 days of employment
\nRegular office hours:8 am-5:00 pm (60 min. of lunch break) Monday-Thursday is in-person, remotely on Friday.
\n \nQualifications:
\n-B.S. in Computer Science or similar major
\n-At lease 2 years of experience of ERP system development and implementation in the production environment
\n-Strong SQL skills
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n-Provide day-to-day support for ERP and related business applications.
\n-Analyze user needs and propose practical system-based solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
\n-Support ERP implementations, enhancements, system testing, data validation, data migration, integrations, and post-go-live activities.
\n-Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and practical data-analysis tools that support business decision-making.
\n-Provide user training and assist with the adoption of new or modified system functionality.
\n-Participate in AI and Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives that improve operational efficiency, knowledge sharing, and business processes.
\nHelp evaluate and introduce appropriate automation, AI, analytics, and digital tools in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
