Receptionist: Richmond, Illinois

Our customer in Richmond, Illinois, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team. We’re recruiting a Receptionist to work part-time on 1st shift. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for supporting the front office and helping create a welcoming, organized environment for visitors and staff.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

• Answering phones
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Greeting visitors and answering the door
• Re-stocking beverages
• Cleaning and tidying conference rooms
• Assisting various departments as the role evolves over time

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a receptionist, front desk, or related position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail

Pay for Receptionist: Starting at $17/hour.
