Job Title: Office Administrator / Administrative AssistantJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing administrative tasks, handling documentation, and maintaining efficient office workflows. This role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
Hours Monday - Friday 8am -4pm
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and provide general administrative support
Create, process, and track purchase orders and invoices Review, prepare, and file Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documents Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital recordsHandle data entry, document preparation, and record management
Communicate with vendors, internal departments, and clients as needed.Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of paperwork

Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, and BOLs preferredExcellent organizational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skillsWork Environm
