Job Type: Temporary / Short-Term Assignment
Dates Needed: June 16, 17, and 18
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Temporary Receptionist to cover our front desk for three days — June 16, 17, and 18— while our regular receptionist is out.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- Perform light administrative duties
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Location: On-site in Davie, FL
Interviews will begin the first week of June.
