What You'll Do:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care to residents. You will administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. You will also monitor and document resident conditions and responses to treatment maintaining clinical documentation and medication records.

These are the Qualifications we are looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse
• Current CPR certification
