• Mission-Focused Outpatient Model: Provide comprehensive care from pediatrics to geriatrics in a busy clinic setting with an average of 18-22 patients per day, supported by dedicated MAs and full administrative staff
• Predictable, Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 AM-5:00 PM); no required weekends, plus additional weekend shifts available for extra income
• Phone-Only Call: Light 1:10 phone call rotation (one week every 2.5 months) with no hospital duties, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance
• Generous Compensation & Benefits: Includes a guaranteed base salary of 235,000 with a 3-year employment agreement, negotiable signing bonus, comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, and retirement plan

Candidate Requirements

• Bilingual or Spanish-Speaking Preferred
• Board-certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (MD or DO)
• Open to new graduates, experienced physicians, and both American and international medical graduates
• Interest in long-term practice with underserved populations and a team-based approach to patient care
