Dietary Aide- Full-time 6:30am - 2:30pm Full Time Falls Church, VA, US Salary Range: $17.50 To $19.00 Hourly Dietary Aide FT, Non-exempt, Essential Personnel: Schedule is 6:00am - 2:30pm every other weekend. Major Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Servesmealsinaccordancewithestablishedportioncontrolprocedures. Servesmealsthatareappetizingandpalatableinappearance. Servesmealsasnecessaryandonatimelybasis. Assistsindailycleaningdutiesasassignedtoincludeworktables,meatblocks,and refrigerators/freezers in accordance to established policies and procedures. Sweepandmopsfloorsasdirected. Washesandcleansutensils,dishesandcookingitemsaccordingtoestablishedpolicies and procedures. Carriesoutgarbageandkeepstheworkareaclean,dryandfreeofhazards. Setsupmealtrays,foodcarts,diningroom,etc.,asinstructed. Collectsanddistributesmenusasinstructed. Assistsincheckingdietarytraysbeforedistributionanddeliveringfoodcartsto designated areas. Removesfoodcarts,foodtraysfromdiningroomstodishwashingareaforcleaning.
