Role Summary

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our expanding remote team as Remote Experience Consultants. This role centers on helping clients explore travel opportunities, organize important trip details, and create experiences that reflect their interests, priorities, and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to learn about their vacation interests, travel styles, and desired experiences
• Assist with researching destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and travel packages
• Coordinate travel arrangements using approved supplier platforms and booking resources
• Offer recommendations based on client preferences, schedules, and budgets
• Help manage reservation requests, confirmations, and itinerary details
• Provide professional assistance through email, phone, and online communication channels
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel plans
• Stay informed about destination trends, supplier programs, and special promotions
• Support clients before, during, and after the planning process when needed
• Participate in ongoing training and team development opportunities

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
