Wildlife Supervisor

WILDLIFE SUPERVISOR Hoffman's Exterminating is seeking a full‑time Wildlife Supervisor to lead our Wildlife Service Team, overseeing all residential and commercial wildlife control operations, including exclusion, trapping, and removal. Responsibilities include ensuring technicians are properly scheduled and equipped, coaching and training staff, resolving customer and team conflicts, managing field coverage, maintaining compliance with company standards, and driving branch performance goals. The role requires strong conflict resolution, communication, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
