CNC MACHINISTS / CNC OPERATORS
Location: Massachusetts
Pay: $30–$45/hr + bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
About the RoleWe are looking for experienced CNC Machinists and Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for candidates with experience setting up, operating, programming, and inspecting precision-machined parts.
What You’ll Do:- Set up and operate CNC machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Read, edit, and make adjustments to G-code/M-code
- Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
- Troubleshoot machines and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure parts meet tight dimensional and quality requirements
- Work with different materials, tooling, and machining processes
- Support continuous improvement and efficient production
- 3+ years of CNC or precision machining experience
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machines
- Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
- Knowledge of G-code/M-code
- Experience with precision measuring and inspection equipment
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- CNC programming experience is a plus
Experience with Swiss CNC machines such as Tornos, Nakamura, or Star is a plus, but we are open to candidates with other CNC backgrounds.
You should be proficient in:
- G-Code
- M-Code
- Blueprint Reading
