Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED
• 3 or more years fire alarm field service
• 3 or more years commercial/industrial systems
• Valid driver's license
• 3 or more years customer-facing experience

Responsibilities

• Lead service, maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair activities
• Diagnose complex fire alarm issues
• Lead commissioning and acceptance testing
• Mentor technicians
• Complete reports
