Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
• Sell and service personal and commercial lines insurance products including auto, home, life, and more
• Conduct needs-based consultations to match clients with the right coverage solutions
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to drive retention and renewals
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales production goals
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation within agency management systems
• Stay current on Allstate products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends

Requirements:

• Active New York Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain)
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with CRM tools, agency management software, and basic computer applications
• Customer-first attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
