Registered Nurse needed for the Med/Surg unit. The candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care to medical and surgical patients, including COVID-positive individuals. The unit has 16 beds and uses the Meditech EMR system.
Responsibilities:
- Care of med/surg patients
- Standard nursing skills: IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion/maintenance, central line maintenance, medication administration
- Communication with all members of the care team
- Documentation in EMR
Requirements:
- RN certification
- Acute med/surg experience 1+ years within the last year
- Ability to care for 4-6 patients at a time
