OVERVIEW

There is both a morning/mid shift & mid/evening shift opening. Scheduling will be between either 8:00am-5:00pm or 10:30am-8:00pm. Weekends required

A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . . .

• Providing excellent and friendly customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and bagging groceries.
• Maintaining the front end, restrooms, and parking lot so that they are clean, enticing, well-stocked & safe.
• Demonstrating an attitude of service to co-workers by lending a hand and working cohesively.
• Supporting and following all safety and security policies and sustainability programs.
• Operating within the Company’s Core Values & Company Brand (don’t worry, we’ll tell you all about this).

• You have a fierce appetite for providing outstanding customer service with a patient, level-headed and cool under pressure, positive attitude.
• You treat bagging groceries like a game of Tetris and love to create order out of a pile of boxes, bags & odd shaped items.
• You have enthusiasm for helping others, love being a part of a busy team, like switching tasks frequently and want to burn a load of calories while on the job.
• You are motivated to excel, can roll with the punches, and enjoy building relationships with a diverse group of people.
• You show up committed to work hard and with the self-discipline to carry out department tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• You communicate clearly, you listen attentively and you are comfortable asking questions in order to determine the best solution.
• You are flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays. After all this is retail and we are open every day except for Christmas Day.
• You are at least 16 years old and have the physical ability to lift and carry 50lbs (Kitty Litter is heavy), have excellent manual dexterity and can bend, stoop, twist, reach and stand for long periods of time.
