Approachable and enthusiastic, you are dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered.This position requires you to be in our Raleigh, NC, area office.What You'll Be DoingCultivate a positive, high-performing work environment by managing employee relations and advising on best practicesCollaborate on programs that promote employee engagement and retention to sustain a thriving workplaceWork closely with the broader HR team to support and manage HR projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectivesAct as a consultant and trusted resource, guiding managers on HR policies, their interpretation and applicationEnsure adherence to employment laws and regulations while implementing HR strategies that drive growth and engagementPartner with Senior HRBPs to support local managers and teams, provide coaching, and guide performance management processesStay current on best industry practices and maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory complianceWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree4+ years of HR experience, with significant experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational developmentAbility and desire to work in a highly collaborative, low-ego environment where flexibility and initiative are valuedStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetHighly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels in a constantly evolving environmentExceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and flawless execution of HR processes and initiativesHigh degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR mattersDemonstrated ability to adapt quickly and acquire new skillsProficiency with HR systems (Workday preferred), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office toolsA hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude!About IXL LearningIXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
