Receiving & Quality Assurance Associate (Full-Time, Temp to Hire)
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving & Quality Assurance Associate to join a well-established manufacturing company. This role is perfect for someone with receiving, warehouse, or production experience who enjoys hands-on work, accuracy, and a steady MondayFriday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Receive and sign for incoming deliveries
- Compare purchase orders with packing lists and invoices
- Enter all receiving data into NetSuite; record receipt numbers on all documents
- Work closely with QA to ensure materials are inspected and returned to inventory promptly
- Coordinate with Purchasing regarding incorrect or damaged deliveries
- Assist QA/Regulatory and Materials teams with vendor returns and nonconformance issues
- Follow up with suppliers to obtain proof of delivery for drop shipments
- Maintain and update SDS sheets; distribute revised copies to appropriate departments
- Support receiving and warehouse personnel daily
- Meet weekly with Supervisor to review outstanding issues
- Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail
- Coordinate breaks and time off with department staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of receiving, warehouse, or production experience
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
Working Conditions
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00am4:30pm
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Onsite position
Physical Requirements
- Long periods of standing and sitting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
