Director of GP Reporting

Director of GP Reporting opportunity with a $100B+ AUM private equity alternative asset manager.

COMPENSATION:

Base Salary: $200,000–$250,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

Total Compensation: $400,000 to $500,000

Compensation commensurate with experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and review financial reporting packages for general partners (GPs), management companies, and related entities.

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, management reporting, and supporting schedules for GP entities.

• Analyze financial results, including revenue, expenses, management fees, and other GP-level financial activity.

• Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, journal entries, and balance sheet schedules.

• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Coordinate with internal accounting, finance, and tax teams to ensure accurate reporting across multiple entities.

• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, reporting enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
