Bartender/Barista

The Bartender / Barista executes both specialty espresso beverages and full cocktail service with precision and consistency. This role transitions seamlessly between daytime coffee service and evening cocktail execution while supporting overall floor performance. This is a high-visibility, guest-facing position central to beverage revenue performance.

What You'll Do

• Prepare espresso beverages to brand standards
• Execute full cocktail menu efficiently and consistently
• Maintain bar cleanliness and operational readiness
• Ensure responsible alcohol service
• Support counter transactions as needed
• Coordinate with Shift Lead during peak periods

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year barista or bartending experience
• BASSET certification (or ability to obtain before start)
• Weekend availability
• Strong multitasking ability
• Speed and accuracy under pressure

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Compensation: Hourly ($14.00 - $16.00) plus tips
