Maintenance Technician 1st shift - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician 1st shift to work with Bright Skilled in New Albany. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility.

Shift patterns

• Monday - Friday 6:30am-3pm

Pay rates

• 30.00 - 35.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Maintenance Technician 1st shift

• Must have experience performing maintenance on production, manufacturing, or automated equipment
• Must have proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment issues
• Must have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, or equipment diagrams
• Must have basic computer skills and experience using math for measurements, calculations, or maintenance tasks
• Must have the ability to repair small engines, motors, or similar mechanical equipment

Skills requirements for Maintenance Technician 1st shift

• Preventive maintenance on equipment or machinery
• Experience diagnosing equipment malfunctions and identifying root causes of failures
• Lockout Tagout (LOTO)

Role for Maintenance Technician 1st shift

• Maintain and repair production machinery to ensure operational efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage accurately
