To support a critical transition period, the remote Techno-Functional Vista Consultant will provide hands-on expertise in maintaining and stabilizing the Vista system, focusing on payroll processes and operational continuity in a long-term contract role. Key responsibilities Provide techno-functional support across the Vista platform, addressing front-end and back-end operations Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to payroll, union, and financial workflows Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data validation, and issue resolution Required qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Vista, covering both functional and technical aspects Proficiency in SQL for writing queries, data analysis, and troubleshooting Experience supporting payroll processes within ERP systems Familiarity with union environments and compliance considerations Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
