Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in laboratory technology, agricultural science, or a related field.
• Experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably within the agriculture or environmental sectors.
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, or environmental science.
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Familiarity with agricultural testing methods and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze samples from agricultural products, soil, and water to assess quality and safety.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring all instruments are calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Document and report findings accurately, maintaining detailed records of experiments and analyses.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new testing methods and improve existing laboratory processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
