Licensed Insurance Agent – Medicare Advantage / Life Insurance (W-2 | Uncapped Commission)

$60K–$100K+ | Base + Uncapped Commission | Warm Leads ProvidedASHIA Life and Health is actively hiring licensed insurance agents with a strong sales mindset and the ability to perform in a high-volume, compliance-driven call center environment .
If you can close, follow compliance, and hit KPIs consistently — this is a high-income opportunity.

✔ Comfortable making inbound/outbound sales calls daily

Hybrid Job in FL
Compensation- Hourly base (performance-based) + UNCAPPED commission
- $60,000 – $100,000+ Year 1 potential
- Top agents earn $80K+
- Weekly & monthly bonuses
- Performance-based sign-on bonus

- Handle high-volume inbound & outbound calls
- Sell:
- Medicare Advantage (MAPD)
- Medicare Supplements
- Final Expense / Life Insurance
- Ancillary products
- Follow CMS & carrier compliance guidelines
- Document all client interactions accurately
- Hit daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
- Retain clients through follow-up and service
- Closers with a strong sales mindset
- Experience in Medicare sales preferred
- Confident handling objections
- Able to work in a fast-paced call center
- Reliable, coachable, and performance-driven
Hybrid positions are limited and only offered to agents who:
- Have proven MAPD sales experience
- Can sell Ancillary + Final Expense
- Show consistent production results
- Require minimal supervision
- Monday–Friday
- Saturdays during AEP/OEP
- Hybrid, team-driven call center
- Structured training + ongoing coaching
- Growth opportunities for top performers
