As an Industrial Electrician, you will play a critical role in maintaining uptime across production systems by executing: Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance Troubleshooting of complex electrical and electromechanical systems Collaboration with maintenance and production teams to ensure continuous material flow and operational efficiency Diagnose and repair industrial electrical systems and controls Troubleshoot and support PLC and HMI systems Maintain and repair AC/DC motors, drives, and power distribution systems Interpret and work from electrical schematics and technical drawings Support automation systems and continuous improvement initiatives Adhere to and promote strict safety standards Qualifications 2+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience (or equivalent technical/military training) Working knowledge of: PLCs and HMIs (programming & troubleshooting) Industrial automation and control systems AC/DC motors and drives Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Exposure to mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics Strong commitment to safety and team-based operations Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in: Electrical Engineering Electrical Engineering Technology Electrical Maintenance Technology Journeyman Electrician license or U.S. Navy Nuclear training Experience with: Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or GE PLCs HMI platforms such as Wonderware or WinCC Above-average compensation (performance-driven) 401(k) with company contribution Profit sharing Benefits Unmatched job stability (no layoffs in company history) Clear path for career advancement and internal promotion Work in a highly efficient, lean manufacturing environment Join a company with a strong commitment to sustainability and recycling If you’re a hands-on electrician who thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting and wants long-term upside, apply or reach out directly to learn more. #J-18808-Ljbffr ZSG
