What You’ll Do

• Provide maternal-fetal medicine consultative care and ultrasound interpretation
• Manage high-risk pregnancies for patients 18+ childbearing years
• Support diagnosis and care for conditions including preeclampsia/pregnancy -induced hypertension, HELLP syndrome, and multiple gestation
• Evaluate and interpret ultrasound studies, including level II targeted imaging
• Participate in care for patients with diabetes (Type I/II and gestational), cardiac/pulmonary/renal/neurological and autoimmune conditions
• Support care involving placenta previa/abruption and other complex obstetric presentations
• Work in a clinic setting supported by 2 RN, 2 MA, and 2 APP (practice workflow supports high volume)

What You Need
Required

• Board Certification: BC or BE in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• License: PA medical license
• DEA: Yes
• Certification: BLS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience

Preferred

• Strong ultrasound diagnostic skills
• Call experience/preference: Call is not required but preferred

About the Assignment
This maternal-fetal medicine assignment supports a multidisciplinary outpatient ultrasound and consultative service. The practice includes strong specialty focus (high-risk pregnancy management and ultrasound interpretation) supported by experienced nursing and advanced practice support in an EPIC environment.
