Institutional Client Service - Vice President

Job Description:

We are working with a global alternative asset manager looking for a Client Service Vice President to lead day-to-day coverage of their private investment product line, producing investor-facing content and serving as a key partner to investment and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze portfolio performance and risk data to produce client-ready deliverables
• Build and quality-control portfolio reviews, fundraising presentations, and client reporting decks
• Write investor commentary and data visualizations that communicate positioning and performance
• Serve as primary product expert to Client Service and Sales teams on investor inquiries and fundraising needs
• Mentor junior team members and manage competing priorities across recurring and ad hoc requests

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in investment management, product management, portfolio/risk analytics, or client portfolio management
• Experience producing polished investor-facing materials under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and written communication skills
