Requirements:

Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant experience in science, technology, business analysis, laboratory informatics, data analytics, computer science, engineering, or a related field; alternatively, an associates degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience. Ability to gather, document, and refine detailed, testable business and functional requirements, and manage backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and defects using JIRA or a similar tool. Hands-on experience creating and executing test scripts, supporting UAT, documenting validation results and evidence, and managing defects and approvals in a regulated or quality-focused environment. Experience with laboratory informatics or scientific data workflows, such as ELN, LIMS, sample management, or instrument data acquisition, plus working knowledge of SQL and dashboard or reporting tools such as Databricks, Spotfire, Tableau, or equivalents. Familiarity with ELN, LIMS, sample management, and instrument data acquisition is preferred. Experience with ALM or equivalent testing and validation tools is preferred. Experience with pharmaceutical or biotechnology laboratory instruments, Process Development laboratories, scientific data workflows, data pipelines, structured laboratory data capture, or scientific and operational dashboards is preferred. A science background in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, engineering, data science, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience in a regulated or quality-focused environment is preferred. Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders, instrument owners, Functional Area Leads, IDA engineers, Reference Data teams, analytics partners, and software vendors to deliver HLEE and IDA capabilities across Process Development laboratories. Translate laboratory, experimental data capture, instrument data acquisition, and analytics needs into clear, detailed, testable business and functional requirements. Support the HLEE Product Owner with requirements gathering and documentation, backlog refinement and prioritization, and roadmap planning for HLEE and IDA capabilities. Work with Business Owners and Functional Area Leads to manage backlogs, clarify priorities, track dependencies, and report onboarding and delivery progress. Coordinate with Reference Data and data engineering teams to manage instrument-related reference data, including instrument data URIs and other elements needed for IDA workflows and downstream analytics. Build dashboards and reporting views for HLEE and IDA data using Databricks, Spotfire, Tableau, or comparable visualization platforms. Use SQL and database skills to explore, validate, analyze, and summarize data to support requirements clarification, testing, validation, and business decisions. Create, maintain, and validate test scripts based on approved requirements and expected business outcomes. Execute scripts and support end-to-end workflow validation, including test data, outputs, defects, evidence, analytics outputs, dashboards, and business acceptance. Document test results, defects, validation evidence, decisions, and business approvals in accordance with project, documentation, and quality expectations. Support UAT, defect triage, issue resolution, business validation, and release readiness for HLEE and IDA capabilities. Use JIRA or similar tools for requirements, backlog, issue, and defect tracking and delivery visibility; use ALM or equivalent tools to document testing, validation evidence, and approvals where applicable. Improve HLEE and IDA business analysis, testing, validation, analytics, documentation, and delivery practices.
