About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant.In this role, you will:Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirementsReview and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutionsPresent recommendations for resolving business problemsExercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedulesProvide information about communication between business and technology teamsWork with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document result.Lead or support operational functions across multiple business groups and contribute to strategic initiativesEnsure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective delivery of operational processes and solutionsAnalyze business, operational, and strategic needs, and provide recommendations to improve performanceWork independently while providing leadership and support to the teamAssist in executing programs and initiatives focused on risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceCollaborate with partners to develop and implement processes, controls, and operational proceduresManage relationships and support the execution of cross-functional programs and initiativesRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Strong knowledge of wire transfer processes and payment operationsExperience supporting and troubleshooting Operations applications within a production environment.Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skillsUnderstanding of IT processes, systems, and technologiesAdvanced analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks within complex environmentsExperience Operational and client troubleshooting during system-related issuesProven ability to lead initiatives or projects with moderate to high complexityStrong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering effective solutionsDemonstrated ability to actively listen translate operational needs into actionable solutionsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into executive-level messagingExperience in incident management with strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilitiesProactive mindset with the ability to monitor operations, identify gaps, and drive solution designExperience in crisis and incident management, including development and execution of operational workaroundsBackground in Operations, data analysis, continuous improvement, client experience, and risk and control frameworksJob Expectations:Hours for this role: Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Wednesday 2:00pm-11:00pm. Days off are Thursday and Friday.
