• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other educators, parents, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction tailored to students’ unique learning needs across assigned grade levels
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student

• Work collaboratively with general education teachers and paraprofessionals to foster student growth
