Weather Shield Roofing Systems is growing, and we're looking for a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to help expand our presence throughout Tennessee.

This isn't about stepping into an established territory. It's about helping build something special. You'll have the opportunity to develop new relationships, earn the trust of customers, and play a key role in growing the Weather Shield brand in one of our most exciting markets.

You've already proven you can sell high-value B2B services to business owners, property managers, facility managers, or other decision-makers in a competitive environment. You know how to get in the door, earn credibility, and close business through a consultative approach.

You're motivated by building a book of business, creating long-term partnerships, and delivering solutions that truly help your customers.

You understand that commercial sales require persistence, consistency, and follow-through. You're comfortable managing longer sales cycles while staying proactive and moving opportunities forward.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow new commercial roofing opportunities throughout Tennessee.
• Build lasting relationships with building owners, property managers, facility managers, consultants, and general contractors.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Manage opportunities from first conversation through project completion.
• Partner closely with operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Continue growing existing customer relationships while identifying additional opportunities.
• Represent Weather Shield professionally and uphold our reputation in every interaction.

 

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in B2B sales with a track record of developing new business.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with exceptional organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing complex sales opportunities.
• Experience in commercial roofing, construction, facilities, or related industries is a plus, but not required.
• CRM Experience.
