Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to our nursing team to achieve desired outcomes, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance the overall quality of care

• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards that align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals

• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and open communication among nursing staff, medical staff, and other departments

• Collaborate with the Medical Staff and other leadership teams to develop and implement nursing programs and services

• Develop and manage budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Identify and address staffing and skill mix needs to ensure optimal patient care delivery

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis, to improve patient outcomes and reduce risk

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Illinois

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
