Working in close partnership with our factories and co-manufacturing partners, you will balance total delivered cost with the agility needed to respond to shifting market demand. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact—solving complex supply challenges, collaborating across functions, and helping bring health and nutrition solutions to consumers around the world.

- Lead frequent communication with the cross-functional team on product availability and critical items—highlighting risks of customer shortages, back-in-stock projections, root causes, and preventive actions to avoid future recurrence.
- Present the supply outlook (days on hand, service levels, projected future working capital, and factory performance) and strategic plans across the 18-month rolling horizon, while supporting the long-term supply outlook for NHSc leadership and other stakeholders.
- Support innovation project needs by providing supply outlooks and setups.
- Gather all necessary inputs from other Operational functions that impact the supply outlook.
- Lead budget planning and target-setting activities.
- Optimize, review, and propose meeting structures and content to ensure alignment with Manufacturing and other Operational functions.
