Financial Center Manager - Hinsdale Financial Center

**This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center, and then potentially move to another location that is within a reasonable commuting distance of your home to the extent permitted by applicable law.** This job is responsible for managing a financial center and its employees on a day‑to‑day basis. Key responsibilities include operating as a business owner and fostering a team environment, instilling an effective client‑centric and risk culture in the center, and helping clients achieve the financial goals. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
