System Administrator

System Administrator – Navy Clients Use your people skills and system administration expertise to support a government system that has been supporting the warfighter for over 20 years. You will anticipate software patch problems and help clients overcome challenges through monitoring and performance management. Responsibilities Support and maintain a mission‑critical network for government clients. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, especially related to software patches and procedures. Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement. Translate metrics into actionable information and communicate findings effectively. Collaborate with team members, both onsite and remotely, to resolve complex technical challenges. Qualifications Experience with Windows configuration, administration, and testing of software. Knowledge of VMware ESXi, VMware Horizon, Windows Server, Windows, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Global Command and Control System‑Joint (GCCS‑J). Ability to work as part of a team in labs and remotely. Secret clearance (or eligibility to obtain). Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Security+ certification. Linux+ certification (preferred). Master’s degree and/or Information Assurance knowledge (nice if you have). Compensation Projected salary range: $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
