For patients who have cancer or the potential threat, their oncology nurse will be one of the most important people in their journey. They're with them during one of the most difficult and vulnerable moments of their life. They also treat patients with medical needs who don't require surgery. Our talented Oncology Medical RN's have two solid traits: knowledge and passion.You'll build trust with patients and families by anticipating patient needs, observing them closely, and listening carefully. Your success in this role comes from working well with the surgical and nursing team to communicate details while paying close attention to the emotional and informational needs of the patient. You do not need previous experience in an orthopedic unit to be successful in this role, but enthusiasm to help others is mandatory. We'll teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch your nursing career.Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy to patients (we can offer training/certification for this)Create, plan, and implement patient's care plan and adjust accordinglyAssess and coordinate the patient's discharge planning needsAdmit, treat, and discharge medical patientsWe are offering a sign on bonus up to $25,000 t o hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
