Crisis Mobile Technician

Job Summary The Crisis Mobile Specialist (BHT) is responsible for responding to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider. The role triages the immediate crisis situation, recommends appropriate intervention, and helps the individual transition to the most appropriate level of care when applicable. Skills / Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field. Experience or lived recovery from mental health, substance use disorders, homelessness, family members or veterans preferred. Licenses, Certifications, Credentials, Registrations Current Driver’s License (valid and in good standing). Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record. C‑PRSS Certification.
