Senior Commercial Counsel

Supporting global sales and services teams, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel will advise on complex services transactions, manage legal workstreams, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Advise on complex services and solutions transactions, including DaaS, IaaS, and Managed Services Manage negotiations, resolve contractual issues, and coordinate with stakeholders through contract execution Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise technology services agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies Required qualifications J.D. Degree with 12+ years of experience in negotiating complex multi-country services contracts in IT or Telecommunications Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to provide practical guidance in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating with sales and commercial teams in a deal-driven environment Ability to operate effectively within a global organization involving multiple stakeholders High degree of professional ethics and integrity with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
