Our growing Midtown Manhattan office is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Associates . Whether you're starting your career or transitioning from retail, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused industry, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

This is a face-to-face, customer acquisition role in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. You'll meet directly with business owners, build professional relationships, and help new clients discover programs and services that support their business needs.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on coaching to help you succeed from day one.

What You'll Do

• Meet with business clients face-to-face throughout the workday

• Generate new business through customer acquisition and relationship building

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing business clients

• Learn a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Present company programs and services with confidence and professionalism

• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each client interaction

• Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions

• Participate in daily training sessions, coaching, and team meetings

• Collaborate with your team while achieving individual and office performance goals

This is a fully on-site position located in Midtown Manhattan.

Daily face-to-face meetings with business clients are an essential part of this role. Success in this position comes from building relationships, acquiring new customers, and helping businesses identify solutions through a consultative sales process.
