ABA Behavior Technician Paid Training

ABA therapists provide 1-to-1 ABA services in the home, center, and community settings to individuals diagnosed with Autism (ASD). _ ** **Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place after school to evening time. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable)._ Ability to work a minimum of 10-15 hours/at least 3 days per week (weekdays are after school hours between 3-8 p.m.). Daytime hours on Saturdays also preferred. What we offer: $20.00-$23.00/hour to start with rate increases of $1-$3 in the first 3-6 months based on time and training 401K with matching Tablet for data collection Mileage reimbursement Travel time pay Paid Training & Professional Development Opportunities Flexible Scheduling Federal Holidays Off BCBA candidates can access Lead Therapist opportunities at a differential rate.
