BG Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support a residential community in Jacksonville, NC 28540 . This is a contract opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Position Details

Role: Leasing Consultant

Location: Jacksonville, NC 28540

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Opportunity Type: Contract

Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email
Conduct apartment tours and highlight community features and amenities
Process rental applications and lease paperwork
Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts
Support daily property operations and administrative tasks
Work closely with the property management team to meet occupancy goals

Qualifications

Previous leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and customer-focused attitude
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer proficiency required
Experience with property management software is a plus
