Join an established team at a company known for excellence, stability, and integrity in the steel industry.What You'll Do:Review customer purchase orders and verify specifications, pricing, and order details before processing.Enter and maintain customer orders within the Company's ERP and CRM systems.Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, and order-related questions.Prepare customer specification sheets, pricing quotations, sales reports, and other sales documentation.Assist with marketing initiatives, customer email campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing inventory.Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the Company's CRM system.Support the Sales team with administrative tasks while learning the sales process and customer relationship management.Qualifications:Minimum of three years of customer service, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning ERP and CRM systems.Interest in developing a long-term career in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management.What We Offer:Potential discretionary year-end bonus based on company's profitability and your evaluated performance during the year.A collaborative, growing team environmentHands-on training and opportunities for career growth within Sales and MarketingVacation and sick timeHealth insuranceShort-Term Disability (STD)401(k) retirement plan and matchingReady to build a career with a company that values teamwork, customer relationships, and professional growth?
