Medical Biller As a Medical Biller with AFC Physical Medicine & Chiropractic Centers, your work can have purpose. Responsibilities include reviewing superbills and provider documentation for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of CPT and diagnosis codes; entering charges and submitting claims to insurance carriers; posting and reconciling all EOBs, ERAs, and EFTs; researching and resolving non-response and denied claims in a timely manner; communicating effectively with clinic staff about trends and ensuring everyone has up‑to‑date information. Additional duties: assist with miscellaneous office tasks including scanning, ordering supplies, and answering phones.
