Compliance Manager Highlights Pay/Salary: $95,000–$105,000 per year Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Onsite position (Dallas, TX) Direct Hire position Responsibilities Coordinate document control (review, revision, issuance) for SOPs and master batch records Support investigations for manufacturing deviations, non-conformances, and OOS (Out-of-Specification) lab results Track and drive timely closure of CAPAs and change controls Participate in internal audits / facility inspections to identify compliance gaps and confirm cGMP adherence Review executed batch records, logbooks, and sterilization records for data integrity and completeness prior to release Help maintain audit readiness and support regulatory/external inspections Provide compliance guidance/training and partner cross-functionally to promote a culture of quality and integrity Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline 2–4 years in QA/QC or Compliance within an FDA-regulated pharmaceutical (or similar regulated) environment Working knowledge of cGMP (21 CFR Parts 210/211) and/or USP / Experience using an electronic QMS (eQMS) plus strong documentation skills (standard office tools) Preferred Experience Preferred Experience with cleanroom monitoring and/or aseptic processing compliance ASQ CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) or similar certification Benefits Available Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
