Description:Responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments.The position involves working with all ages, with the majority being over 65 years.The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs intermittently.There is no on-call duty associated with this position.Any color scrubs may be worn.There is a lead social worker in the department for guidance.A vehicle capable of driving in various conditions, including gravel roads, snow, rain, and ice, is required.
