Job Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of operations management experience in QSR, Fast-Casual, or Casual Dining establishments.
- Proven expertise in driving employee and guest satisfaction while improving financial performance.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Basic business math and accounting knowledge with computer literacy and data analytics proficiency.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, coaching, and developing team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Job Responsibilities :
As a Restaurant General Manager in Farmington, UT , your role will entail:
Leadership and Team Development :
- Cultivate a strong team, recruiting top talent and equipping employees for exceptional guest service.

- Conduct coaching sessions to develop both Managers and Team Members into high-performing individuals.
- Handle performance conversations constructively to build a healthy bench of capable leaders.
Guest Satisfaction and Service Excellence :
- Ensure compliance with local health codes and safety standards.
- Control daily operations, including scheduling labor and inventory management, to maintain profitability.
- Create a safe and welcoming restaurant environment while prioritizing guest satisfaction.
- Act as a role model, resolving guest concerns and proactively coaching staff on service excellence.
Business Strategy and Operations :
- Review and analyze key metrics, such as sales, labor, and inventory, to strategize for financial goals.
- Oversee property and equipment maintenance while coordinating facility upgrades when required.
- Manage profit and loss effectively, implementing cash control and reviewing financial reports.
- Prioritize capital expenditure requests and recommend areas for investment.
