Position: Experienced Floor Technician
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Work can only be performed Monday through Thursday between the hours of (9:00am-3:00pm ) **Typically takes 5 hours per shift**

Overview:
Nascence Group is seeking a reliable and Experienced Floor Technician to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spray buff all tiled areas to provide a nice shine to floors.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, move, and store cleaning supplies and equipment

• Physical capability to walk, stand, kneel, and reach throughout the shift

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

• Must work well independently and as part of a team

• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

• Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance services preferred
